Adolescents

Jason has been working with adolescents and their families for his entire career.  Anything can and will happen when working with adolescents, and that is what is so exciting and rewarding about this unique age group (12 years old and up).  Jason takes a straightforward approach to working with teenagers to improve self-esteem, teach coping skills, and increase real world awareness to help them achieve their future adult dreams.

Jason uses an eclectic approach with adolescents to tailor make the treatment intervention to fit the client's needs.  Individual therapy is most common and appropriate when working with teenagers.  However, family therapy is also encouraged if needed.  Parents and other family members are encouraged to participate in treatment through parent consultations, in order to further improve the home environment and improve family functioning.

Adults

Jason has been working with adults for over 10 years.  He has worked with people from all walks of life and has treated a wide variety of mental health concerns.  Jason works  with every adult age group, including young adults, parents, midlife, and the elderly.  Jason works from a relational model of psychotherapy that starts where the client is.
